By accessing this website, purchasing, or participating in the CTHR-01 beta program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using this website or participating in the beta program.

Purpose and Nature of Beta Product

The CTHR-01 beta PCIe Accelerator is provided as a pre-commercial release for evaluation, testing, and feedback purposes. As an early-access product, it may contain developmental features, experimental functions, or unforeseen issues not present in the final commercial version. We invite you to experience and help shape the future of cryptographic acceleration technology with your insights and feedback.

Customer-Centric Satisfaction Guarantee

CETHERA is committed to your satisfaction and to delivering meaningful innovation. If, within 60 days of delivery, you find that your CTHR-01 beta unit is unsatisfactory due to critical errors, persistent malfunctions, or defects that prevent it from operating as described, you may request a full refund of your purchase price. Refunds will be processed promptly upon return of the product in accordance with our return instructions. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the CTHR-01 beta hardware, associated software, documentation, and website content remain the exclusive property of CETHERA or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly provided herein.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the CTHR-01 beta solely for evaluation, testing, and feedback purposes.

 

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the hardware or software.

  • Use the beta product for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  • Resell, distribute, or transfer the beta unit without prior written consent from CETHERA.

Feedback and Confidentiality

By participating in the beta program, you agree to provide honest feedback, technical reports, and suggestions to CETHERA. All feedback and suggestions become the property of CETHERA and may be used for product improvement. You may be required to enter into a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect confidential and proprietary information.

Limitation of Liability

The CTHR-01 beta PCIe Accelerator is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in the Customer-Centric Satisfaction Guarantee. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CETHERA disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the beta hardware, including, but not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or indirect and consequential damages.

Product Updates and Modifications

CETHERA reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the beta program or any feature of the CTHR-01 beta at any time, with or without notice, as part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and improvement.

Compliance and Export Control

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including export control laws, regarding the acquisition, use, and transfer of the CTHR-01 beta hardware.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CETHERA is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Amendments

CETHERA may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in the beta program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
