Nikita Bondarenko
Founder & CEO
Nikita Bondarenko founded and leads CETHERA, and is also the Chief Strategic Consultant to the Asia-Pacific Economic Security Council (APESC).
As the Founder and CEO of CETHERA, Nikita leads the end‑to‑end product design from silicon architecture and hardware acceleration through to system integration and developer experience, while also driving product strategy, customer engagements, and the build‑out of CETHERA’s R&D lab.
CETHERA's mission is to establish a new industry for QSPUs to effectively intorudce a new era of secure computing acceleration. CETHERA designs and deploys dedicated security acceleration hardware and its companion software to help organizations protect critical infrastructure, data, and communications in an era of AI‑driven attacks and emerging quantum threats, while keeping integration as simple as adding a standard expansion card to existing servers.
Nikita also co‑founded the Asia‑Pacific Economic Security Council (APESC), a regional organization focused on strengthening economic and technological security across key economies. He architected the underlying security framework that APESC uses to think about resilient trade, critical infrastructure, and trusted digital channels, drawing on the same principles of hardware‑anchored trust, verifiable communication, and real‑time situational awareness that guide CETHERA’s products—but expressed at the level of regional cooperation rather than any single company or technology.
Previously Nikita has founded and operated several startups since the age of 14, with the latest being "YNBC" - a youth networking business cooperation. YNBC was launched from Singapore and grew into a AI security-centered management consulting firm with over 12 representation offices across the Asia-Pacific until closure in 2024.
